Position Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable
Residential Leasing Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and passionate about real estate and customer service. You'll be the face of our company for prospective tenants, playing a vital role in maintaining high occupancy across our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Show available rental properties to prospective tenants
- Schedule and conduct property tours
- Respond promptly to leasing inquiries (phone, email, or in person)
- Assist applicants throughout the rental process, including application intake and background checks
- Prepare and execute lease agreements
- Maintain knowledge of available properties and market trends
Requirements
- Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Comfortable using technology, email, and basic office software
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws (preferred but not required-training available)
