Job Summary: The Talent Recruiter’s primary focus is to source and recruit talent for ScriptPro. This individual will work collaboratively with both the human resources team and other departments throughout the ScriptPro organization. This role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to connect with a variety of individuals and build lasting relationships with candidates and team members. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, along with expertise in effectively assessing and qualifying candidates, are essential. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is also key to success in this role.

Reporting Relationship: Director, Human Resources

Shift: Generally, Monday through Friday 8am – 5 pm CST. This is a hybrid position with a combination of in office and remote work. Regular, punctual, and predictable attendance is an essential function of every job at ScriptPro.

Scope Of The Role

Manage the recruitment process in the applicant tracking system (ATS) within ADP by posting open positions, reviewing applicant submissions, and tracking statuses accurately in system
Maintain and update company job postings to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Evaluate candidate qualifications for various positions at ScriptPro by reviewing resumes and conducting prescreen interviewEngage candidates and guide them through the interview process
Coordinate in-person or virtual interviews with candidates and hiring managers through Microsoft Teams
Implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent according to business needs
Attend job fairs and build relationships with colleges/universities, community organizations, trade schools and other development programs
Update and maintain various Excel reports utilized by Human Resources and the hiring managers
Build strong working relationships with hiring managers and team members across ScriptPro
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for hiring managers to assess for current and future opportunities
Effectively fill open positions based on business needs and timelines
Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the technology industry
Experience reviewing resumes and conducting interviews for a wide range or positions, including software engineering, manufacturing, customer service, information technology, and other professional roles
Experience working with ATS and various job boards (ADP, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
High ethical standards and the ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively connect with job seekers
Highly organized and strong attention to detail is a must
Technology proficient with expertise in Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based applications
Proven ability to work collaboratively and contribute effectively as a team player
Strong ability to build solid working relationships with hiring managers while maintaining a positive customer service approach throughout the hiring process

Remote Work Requirements

Must have high-speed reliable internet access with a hard-wired connection
Must have a distraction free home office workspace
Must be willing to participate in video virtual meetings (camera on)

Working Conditions

This position operates in an office environment. Routine use of standard office equipment is required. Must be able to use a computer for extended periods of time. Regularly required to sit, use hands and fingers, and expected to occasionally lift, stoop, bend, and reach. Ability to learn and solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions is required.
