What You’ll Be Doing:
Research market trends, public filings, and credit reports to uncover actionable opportunities
Track and assess company performance to guide strategic focus
Manage and analyze CRM data (Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn)
Create polished, executive-ready reports and pitch decks
Stay plugged into industry shifts to inform business direction
Support senior leadership with insights that move the needle

What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years in finance, research, or commercial real estate
- Strong understanding of public company filings, cash flow, and capital structures
- Sharp attention to detail, high initiative, and a natural curiosity
- Strong communication skills and executive presence
- PowerPoint and Excel skills are a must
