Role Description
This is a contract role for an Experienced Commercial Real Estate Tenant Representative. Day-to-day tasks include guiding clients through site selection, negotiating lease terms, managing retail portfolios, and providing tailored solutions for various retail real estate needs.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Real Estate License
- Experience in Real Estate and Sales
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of commercial real estate leases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Prior experience in the retail real estate market is a plus
