We are looking for a Project Assistant to join the Real Estate & Funds Practice Group in the New York office.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist with preparation of closing documents
- Maintain internal organization of closing file and documents
- Build, distribute and maintain paper and electronic closing sets
- Prepare and maintain closing checklists and critical dates lists
- Prepare UCC Financing Statements and other filings
- Follow established client and team guidelines for matter management
- Keep accurate time records
- Work efficiently in a heavily computer-based environment
- Strong, concise oral and written communication skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and complete tasks under strict time constraints
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong prioritization, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to exhibit good judgement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proficient in Adobe Acrobat Professional
Other:
- Able to work overtime, including weekends and holidays with little to no advance notice.

Pay Transparency Range
New York: The anticipated full-time annualized salary range is $72,000-$75,000.
The salary offer will be contingent upon various factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, market data, job location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
