Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to support our growing team. This role is ideal for a proactive, results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles, including clinical, operational, and technical positions.
- Sourcing Talent: Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify top-tier candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with company values.
- Collaborative Hiring: Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and deliver a seamless recruiting experience.
- Job Postings: Craft compelling job descriptions and post on relevant platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in healthcare or startup environments.
- Strong sourcing and talent acquisition skills, with proficiency in tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and job boards.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and the broader team.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare roles and industry trends is a plus.
- A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to work on-site at our Charlotte, North Carolina, Headquarters.
- Ability to work between 10 and 30 hours per week based on evolving company needs and demands.
