We are seeking a highly motivated intern to join our team for Summer 2025 in our Beverly, Massachusetts headquarters. This paid, 12-week internship program provides hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to private equity, real estate investments, and investor relations.

Duration: 12 weeks (Summer 2025)
Compensation: Paid Internship
Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial modeling and underwriting projections for new acquisitions.
- Analyze market and economic data to support investment decisions.
- Perform tenant research and credit analysis.
- Assist with loan compliance and debt financing evaluations.
- Utilize Argus and Yardi software for property and portfolio analysis.
- Prepare reports on leasing activity and real estate trends for senior management.
- Support the due diligence process for new acquisitions, including reviewing leases, financial statements, and property conditions.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel.
- Exposure to real estate financial modeling and underwriting preferred.
- Detail-oriented with excellent research and problem-solving abilities.
