Overview:
Yesway is one of the fastest-growing convenience store operators in the United States. Established in 2015, Yesway is a multi-branded platform headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, with a portfolio of over 400 stores across multiple states. We are seeking a highly motivated intern to join our team for Summer 2025 in our Beverly, MA office. This is a paid, 12-week internship program designed to provide hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to a dynamic and fast-paced corporate environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the site selection process for new store development.
- Create reports to monitor and analyze project construction costs.
- Support due diligence efforts for property acquisitions and redevelopment projects.
- Analyze the repurposing of existing stores into alternative retail uses.
- Assist in tracking zoning, permitting, and regulatory compliance for new developments.
- Collaborate with internal teams on project feasibility studies and financial modeling.
- Prepare presentations and materials for senior leadership and investors.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Analytics, Business, Construction Management, Finance, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with financial modeling and real estate analysis is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
