Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson located in New York, NY, with some remote work acceptable. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for duties including listing and selling properties, advising clients on market conditions, providing guidance throughout the buying or selling process, conducting property viewings, and negotiating deals. They will also be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships and staying up-to-date with real estate market trends.
Qualifications
- Must possess a New York State Real Estate License
- Experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
- Strong sales skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in real estate software and online marketing platforms preferred
- Knowledge of the New York City real estate market is a plus
