Job Summary
This 8 to 12-week position provides an Undergraduate level student with an opportunity to apply their developing knowledge and skills in finance and real estate. Student will gain a better appreciation for the pressures that affect decision-making in today’s commercial real estate environment and are able to identify additional skills they will need to better prepare them for a rewarding career in real estate and finance.
Student Can Expect To Shadow With The Real Estate Services Team Daily. Tasks Will Include Assisting The Real Estate Services Team With
(i) creating internal rental agreements
(ii) creating timeshare agreements
(iii) updating various document logs
(iv) managing due diligence activities on property that is under contract to purchase by Novant Health
(v) participate on virtual calls with end users, brokerage firms and legal counsel.

Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma and currently enrolled as an Undergraduate student at a 4-year institution, required.
- Additional Skills Preferred: Demonstrates superior interpersonal skills, can clearly communicate via speaking and email correspondence, can manage multiple assignments occurring simultaneously, and time management skills.
