While following our clients refined internal recruitment standards, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by identifying and securing high-quality talent. You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, leading recruitment and talent management efforts, predominantly in our North American offices and sometimes in our other offices.
What you will be doing as a Talent Acquisition Partner:
- Partner with hiring managers – digging deeper to help them define job requirements, understand roles, and identify key success factors.
- Create and maintain job descriptions and online job postings.
- Use innovative sourcing methods, including LinkedIn headhunting, specialized job boards, local professional networks, and sometimes partnering with external recruiters to fill challenging roles.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to introduce candidates, interview them to assess fit, and provide additional insights into the role and team.
- Evaluate candidate suitability and make autonomous decisions on progression to meet with hiring managers.
- Manage our ATS (Workable), using it to move candidates through the recruiting process, manage seamless communication with candidates, collaborate with hiring managers, and report on activity.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate interview details with candidates and hiring teams (supported by the Office Manager).
- Facilitate and participate in first stage (virtual) and (in-person) face-to-face interviews, ensuring fairness and productivity in the interview process.
- Collect and consolidate hiring manager feedback to maintain momentum in the hiring process and ensure we identify the best candidate for the role that aligns with the opportunity.
- Prepare and present offers to selected candidates, ensuring a smooth negotiation and acceptance process.
- Lead initial onboarding of new hires so they transition seamlessly into their roles and work with the internal cross-functional onboarding team to make this happen.
