As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll be a key part of our Talent team—owning full-cycle recruiting for roles across Technology, Engineering, Security, and Architecture. You’ll work in a high-touch, relationship-driven model, partnering closely with hiring managers and Talent Business Partners to build strong, effective teams. Your approach will be grounded in customer obsession, delivering exceptional experiences to candidates and hiring teams alike, while also tapping into internal mobility, referrals, and AI-powered sourcing to ensure quality outcomes.

What You’ll Do
- Partner with hiring managers to define, prioritize, and execute hiring strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting process from sourcing to offer acceptance for a wide range of technical roles
- Build pipelines through proactive outreach, internal mobility, and employee referrals
- Deliver a white-glove experience to every candidate and hiring manager
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Compensation to craft competitive, equitable offers
- Ensure thoughtful screening and selection using structured interviews and tools like Karat
- Use systems including Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter & Analytics, and Karat to drive workflow, insights, and efficiency
- Leverage recruiting data to inform decisions, share progress, and improve processes
- Act as a brand ambassador, sharing the AvidXchange story and attracting talent that aligns with our mission
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in engineering or technical roles
- Proven ability to source and engage passive talent using modern platforms and outreach strategies
- Strong communication, organizational, and consultative skills
- Experience working in a high-touch environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Familiarity with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter/Analytics, and Karat
- Comfort collaborating with HR Business Partners, Compensation, and hiring teams to shape outcomes
- A growth mindset and drive to get better every day
- Passion for building strong partnerships and working as part of a connected, performance-driven team
