Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President of Property Management at Artisan American Corp. The Vice President of Property Management will be responsible for overseeing property management, commercial real estate operations, budgeting, asset management, and portfolio management in Houston, TX.
Qualifications
- Property Management and Commercial Real Estate skills
- Budgeting and Asset Management experience
- Portfolio Management expertise
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong financial acumen and analytical abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
