Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Luxury Leasing Professional, located in the Denver Metropolitan Area. The Luxury Leasing Professional will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing lease agreements, and ensuring high resident retention. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with potential and current residents, conducting property tours, handling lease administration, and maintaining effective communication with the team and residents.
Qualifications
- Skills in Resident Retention and Customer Service
- Knowledge of Lease Administration and Leases
- Strong Communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team
- Experience in the real estate or property management industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is desirable
