Real Estate Sales Specialist Overview

This position involves being our customers' first point of contact and responding to hundreds of inbound calls daily. We make purchasing straightforward, with 90% of applicants approved for financing. Since we offer seller financing and own all our properties, the process is smooth for the buyer. Additionally, you'll follow up on sales leads, build relationships with potential clients, and take on other assigned responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
- Guiding customers through the purchase process.
- Following up on sales leads/prospective customers
- Completing administrative tasks for sales files.
- Participating in Marketing and Networking events to enhance sales.
- Carry out additional tasks or responsibilities as requested by leadership to ensure the success of the team and business goals.
Position Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and polished phone presence.
- Highly motivated, competitive, and naturally driven to close deals and exceed goals.
- 2+ years of experience in Retail Sales, Direct Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, Call Centers, or customer service preferred—but not required.
- Exceptional people skills, with the ability to actively listen and understand client needs.
- Comfortable handling high call volumes (200–300 inbound calls daily); top performers are effective, confident phone communicators.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook, with a minimum typing speed of 35 WPM.
- Must have reliable transportation and carry valid auto liability insurance.
