About the Role: The real estate investment Appointment Setter position is a unique, paid wholesale apprenticeship opportunity at REILY Capital for setting sales appointments while learning the ins and outs of real estate wholesaling and gaining hands-on experience in acquisitions, dispositions, and investor relations. As an apprentice, you will work closely with our experienced team to identify, evaluate, and negotiate real estate deals, all while developing valuable skills in sales, negotiation, and market analysis. This is a stepping stone to a rewarding career in real estate investing, with the potential for advancement within the investment firm.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead Generation: Learn how to source and identify motivated sellers through various marketing strategies and set appointments with the homeowners, agents and brokers.
● Property Evaluation: Analyze potential deals using comparable sales (comps), market data, and property condition assessments.
● Negotiation: Assist the closing team in negotiating seller purchase agreements to secure profitable deals and help closers assign sales contracts.
● Relationship Building: Build rapport with sellers and seller’s agents, and maintain professional communication throughout the transaction process.
● CRM Management: Update and manage leads, notes, and deal statuses in the company’s CRM system and communication channels.
● Training & Development: Actively participate in training sessions and one-on-one coaching to enhance your skills and understanding of the wholesale process.
What You Will Learn:
● Real estate market fundamentals and wholesale acquisition strategies.
● Effective communication and negotiation techniques.
● Software used in the REI industry, including CRM platforms and deal analysis tools.
● The step-by-step process of closing a wholesale deal.
Requirements:
● Strong interest in real estate investing and wholesaling.
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
● Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
● Basic understanding of real estate concepts (preferred but not required).
● Reliable internet connection and workspace for remote work.
● Availability to commit to part-time or full-time hours as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Previous experience in sales, customer service, or real estate is a plus.
● Familiarity with CRM tools and real estate analysis software.
● Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply.
