About the Role:
Job Title: Project Coordinator II
Project Summary: The Project Coordinator will be working from home and the client is based in NYC. The ideal candidate should have experience handling workflow and operations to support strategic initiatives. They will primarily work on the client’s Creator Quality, helping drive the parity work between video originality and non-video originality. They will work cross-functionally, influencing key decisions across teams and functions.
Responsibilities:
- Attend and pull documentation for weekly business reviews for each project; they will often make these calls too.
- Create guidelines and iterate on guidelines with support from Product partners.
- Identify quality misalignments and perform root cause analyses to determine the origin of any data deficiencies.
- Cascade quality deficiencies upstream and downstream to ensure calibration among project teams.
- Align priorities, roles, and decision-making criteria within projects and across pillars.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential roadblocks.
- Advise DLAs on best practices for quality assurance and data annotation.
- Standardize DLA training/onboarding.
Required Skills:
- Previous project coordination experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
Location: Remote (NYC)
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $95,000 – $100,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
