Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Agent located in Mesa, AZ. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for managing leasing activities for residential properties, including showing apartments, processing applications, and maintaining lease records. Daily tasks will include providing excellent customer service to prospective and current residents, assisting with lease administration, and handling inquiries and concerns. The Leasing Agent will also collaborate with property management teams to ensure smooth operations and tenant satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in Residential Leasing and Lease Administration
- Property Management and Leases knowledge
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with property management software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate or related fields is advantageous
