- Works with members of the senior leadership team, management, clients and candidates in order to identify and attract talent.
- With the support of the Recruiters and Regional TA Lead, this position is responsible for developing effective recruiting strategies for multiple departments.
- This is a highly visible position that requires the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients
- Identify, source, recruit and screen highly qualified candidates.
- Ensures regular communication with hiring managers to discuss candidates and drive the recruitment process.
- Has regular communication with potential candidates and passive candidates in order to build a pipeline of top talent.
- Manage and track candidate activity
- Maintains all recruiting data and reporting metrics with a high level of confidentiality

Here's what you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related Business Administration field preferred.
- At least 5 years of increasing responsibilities in recruiting
- Proven experience Sourcing & Recruiting within the Water and / or Transportation industry
- AEC indsutry experience preferred
- Experience interfacing with all levels of management and leadership in a corporate environment
- You will be asked to speak to groups of people in a presentation setting and in small group settings
- Ability to obtain results in passive recruitment, sourcing of hard-to-find talent and maintaining candidate relationships
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed required
- Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision or direction
- Knowledge of OFCCP procedures and regulations in the US
- Recruitment compliance / law knowledge
- Fully proficient with MS Office software tools (Outlook, Word Excel, PowerPoint)
- Organization; You will be asked to keep and manage data on your workload
Ideally, You will also have
- Recruiting experience in the Water Market or Transportation market
- Able to work under pressure and deadlines
- Experience providing metrics and data

The base salary range for this position is $78,800.00 to $108,300.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
