Position Summary:
GOLFTEC is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Designer to join our internal marketing team. This role will support the design and production of various marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and engaging visuals across all channels. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, has a strong understanding of branding, and is eager to learn and grow within the golf industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and production of marketing assets, including digital ads, social media graphics, email designs, presentation materials, and print collateral
- Work closely with the creative team to develop concepts for marketing campaigns
- Support the development of promotional materials for product/software launches
- Assist with website and digital platform design assets
- Collaborate with the content team to create visually effective assets such as YouTube thumbnails
- Edit and retouch product and lifestyle images for marketing use as needed
- Maintain and organize design assets, templates, and project files
- Stay up to date with design trends, industry best practices, and design software
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- 1-2 years of design experience, preferably in an in-house marketing team or agency
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and other relevant design tools (Figma, Canva, email builder tools)
- Basic understanding of motion graphics and/or video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus, but not required
- Strong eye for typography, composition, and color
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Strong communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback
- A passion for golf or at least an appreciation for the game is a must
