Who You Are:
- A successful real estate agent with at least 3 years of experience in leasing, sales, and investments, eager to lead a team.
- An inspiring leader with the ability to coach and develop agents, both new and experienced.
- Always open to learning and growing—staying ahead of the curve in a dynamic, fast-paced industry.
- A great communicator with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in utilizing real estate systems to streamline operations.
