Seeking a 3-10 year litigation associate for boutique real estate firm in San Francisco. Hybrid office/remote work, competitive salary, and good work/life balance.
Utrecht & Lenvin practices in all aspects of real estate litigation and transactions, including residential and commercial landlord-tenant, purchase, HOA and subdivisions. Prior work in real estate or landlord/tenant litigation is preferred, but not required.
This is a client and court facing position. Associate will be responsible for managing a case load, and handling typical litigation-related tasks, such as drafting notices, pleadings and motions, handling discovery, and appearing at hearings and trial. Essential skills include written and verbal communication, problem solving, legal research, and the ability to manage a fast-paced environment.
Our small team is highly collaborative, and led by experienced partners. Great opportunity to develop a high level of sophistication in a broad range of different types of real estate matters. Candidate will have the support and flexibility to develop new skills, work in new practice areas, and develop a book of business.
Associate will be expected to make court appearances in person or hybrid basis, as needed.
The Firm is located in the historic Russ Building in the San Francisco Financial District. Salary is competitive based on experience level. Benefits include 401K matching, commuter expenses, health plan.
Minimum annual billed hours: 1500, with guaranteed bonus calculated based on excess hours. Flexible vacation schedule, as long as associate meets hour requirements and manages caseload.
