We are a privately held real estate investment firm focused on the acquisition and management of multifamily assets across the U.S. We are looking for a motivated and analytical Asset Manager to support the ongoing performance and growth of our multifamily portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the performance of a portfolio of multifamily assets in collaboration with property management teams
- Monitor property-level financials, including budget-to-actual performance, variance analysis, and rent collections
- Assist in the preparation of asset-level business plans, operating budgets, and capital improvement strategies
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform leasing strategies and pricing decisions
- Prepare internal reporting packages and updates for senior leadership and investors
- Coordinate with third-party property managers, leasing agents, and vendors to ensure operational efficiency
- Track capital projects and renovations to ensure completion on budget and on time
- Support acquisition and disposition efforts as needed through underwriting and transition planning
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2–4 years of experience in real estate asset management, operations, acquisitions, or finance—preferably with a focus on multifamily
- Strong analytical skills and working knowledge of property-level financial statements (P&L, rent rolls, budgets)
- Proficiency in Excel; Argus experience a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
