The Solis Chirino Group is looking for a sharp, reliable, and experienced Real Estate Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with at least 3 years of experience in the real estate industry who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for organization, marketing, and client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with transaction coordination and listing management
- Schedule showings, appointments, and maintain calendars
- Support with marketing efforts ( brochures, MLS input)
- Communicate with clients, agents, and vendors professionally
- Help prepare listing presentations and property packages
- Maintain CRM and client databases
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of real estate experience (assistant, coordinator, or similar)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in tools like MLS, Canva, Google Workspace, and CRM systems
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and team-player mentality
