Role Description
This is a remote contract role for a Licensed Real Estate Showing Assistant. The Showing Assistant will be responsible for scheduling and conducting property showings, maintaining communication with clients, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Additionally, the Showing Assistant will manage appointments and support the real estate team with various organizational tasks. Showing assistant will receive a set percentage of all deals (e.g. 15% of all closed transafrions where Showing Assistant helped Broker/Agent show.)
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Real Estate and Administrative Assistance
- Strong Organization Skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Current real estate license in the state of Georgia
- Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule
- Proficiency in using real estate software and tools is a plus
