- Is enrolled in a degree program at an accredited college or university
- (Prefer 3rd-4th year students or Recent Graduates)
- Maintains a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
- Interest in Real Estate and/or Business/Marketing
- Can work 15-30 hours per week including some weekends
