Role Description
This is a work as you want remote role for an Utah based Real Estate Associate. The Real Estate Associate will be responsible for managing real estate transactions, working with leases, and handling commercial and residential real estate development. Daily tasks include negotiating and drafting contracts, conducting market analysis, coordinating property showings, and providing expert guidance to clients. The position requires a proactive approach in staying up-to-date with market trends and regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience with Real Estate, Commercial Real Estate, and Real Estate Development
- Knowledge of Leases and Real Estate Transactions
- Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills
- Proficient in market analysis and real estate software tools
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Relevant certifications or licenses in real estate (e.g., Realtor, Real Estate Broker License)
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field
