Qualifications
- An innate ability to connect, build rapport, and close deals
- 2 years experience in sales
- Proven track record of purchasing off market homes or B2C high ticket sale knowledge.
- Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed
- Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
- Must have the ability to work fully remote

- 15% commission on each deal. Average deal is $12000 USD x 17% = $2040 per deal on average.
Responsibilities
- Be the pulse of our sales process: from making calls and sending emails to steering the sales pipeline, ensuring our customers' needs aren't just met, but exceeded
- Hit and exceed sales targets
- Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales
- Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process
- Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract
- Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, market trends, and research
