My client, a boutique real estate private equity firm, is preparing for significant capital deployment starting mid-end of Q2 and is looking for an Analyst/Associate to join their investments team based just outside San Francisco, California.
Requirements
- 2-4 years' of Real Estate investments experience from a top-tier investment bank or private equity firm
- Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent from an accredited institution, achieving a high GPA
- Proficiency in using ARGUS, Excel, CoStar, and other relevant software to create financial models and conduct market analysis
- Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate
