RETS Associates, on behalf of our client, a real estate investment firm located in San Francisco’s Financial District, is seeking a Senior Associate to join their team in a cradle to grave Investments role. The firm invests in value-add and core Office product in Seattle, Northern California, and Southern California, as well as Multifamily in similar markets. The role entails complex financial modeling, deal execution, investment memo and presentations, communicating with lenders and investors, and asset management / portfolio analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree with a proven track record of academic achievement. Degrees with concentration in Finance, Accounting and/or Economics a plus.
- 5-7 years of experience within a commercial real estate firm. Experience with Office investments is a plus.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills in ARGUS and Excel.
- Familiarity with valuation concepts including discounted cash flow, internal rate of return, levered returns vs unlevered returns.
Compensation: $160-170K base plus bonus and excellent benefits.
