Our client, an established owner operator of class A office and mixed-use assets, is looking for a Commercial Property Coordinator to join a fast paced team that manages the day to day operations of a class A office portfolio in New York City. Key duties and qualifications include, but are not limited to:
- Cultivate and maintain cordial, service-oriented relationships with tenants and is visible and accessible to them.
- Act as the primary day to day contact for tenants, across three properties:
- Handle tenant requests and concerns promptly and personally whenever possible.
- Take ownership of issues until resolved to the satisfaction of the tenant.
- Perform regular tenant check-ins for quality assurance and high-quality hospitality.
- Manage building work order system and ensure all tenant requests are being dispatched, resolved, closed and billed back accordingly.
- Provide information to new tenants on building policies and procedures, building systems, lease obligations and general building information.
- Act as primary contact with tenants for building communications, including: holidays, building maintenance work, access requests, fire/life safety requirements etc.
- Support the property leasing efforts in conjunction with the leasing team, scheduling tours and ensuring vacant space is show-ready.
- Maintain building calendars and administer daily access list to security teams.
- Plan, manage and attend tenant appreciation events at properties.
- Familiarity with tenant and visitor management systems, including tenant/guest access procedures.
- Verify tenant and vendor certificates of insurance, ensuring they are current and meet all requirements.
- 5 days on-site per week.
Key Qualifications include:
- Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- One to two years of related work experience in a similar role preferred.
- Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office.

- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be a self-starter, self-disciplined, and highly organized.
