Job Description
Acres NY Realty is looking for a friendly and professional Listing Agent to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for showing rental properties to prospective tenants in the Columbia University area. Your primary focus will be providing exceptional customer service, conducting property tours, and assisting clients in finding their ideal rental home.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and conduct property tours for prospective tenants based on client appointments
- Provide detailed information about rental properties, including features, pricing, and lease terms
- Assist clients with the rental application process and answer any questions they may have
- Maintain a strong presence at the property during weekend open houses (12 PM - 2 PM)
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a positive experience
- Collaborate with the leasing team to achieve rental targets
Qualifications
- Must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent
- Native-level English proficiency is required
- Minimum of 1 year of rental experience is required
- New development experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Familiarity with the Columbia University area is a plus
