Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in North Bay Village, FL, for a Property Manager. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties, including rent collection, lease administration, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations. The role also involves budgeting, financial reporting, ensuring property compliance with local laws, and managing vendor services. The Property Manager will work closely with tenants, maintenance staff, and other stakeholders to ensure the properties are well-maintained and efficiently managed.
Qualifications
- Experience in property management, lease administration, and tenant relations
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and local property laws
- Skills in maintenance coordination and vendor management
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work on-site and manage multiple properties
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation is a plus
