Role Description
This is a hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent located in Austin, TX, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property tours, managing client relationships, negotiating deals, and staying updated with market trends. The agent will also be responsible for preparing necessary documentation and providing excellent customer service throughout the entire transaction process.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Real Estate License
- Experience in Real Estate and Real Property management
- Strong Sales skills and ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent Customer Service skills and ability to maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of the Austin, TX real estate market is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with real estate software and tools
