Job Title: Global Program Manager – TA Optimization and Excellence

Day to Day:
• Primary point of contact for Recruiters and Stakeholders: Handle and prioritize daily requests from recruiters, TA members and key stakeholders related to technology with a sense of ownership, urgency and commitment, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively. Be proactive in identifying problems, opportunities, and solutions.
• Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service to our recruiters, stakeholders, hiring manager and candidates, enabling each to perform at their best by deeply understanding their needs and demonstrating international competency, care and compassion. This also includes completing Data Subject Requests with urgency.
• Requirement Gathering: Develop a deep understanding of Client's Talent Acquisition processes through passionate curiosity and by collecting comprehensive requirements from stakeholders ensuring successful project outcomes. You’ll manage our Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence intake form and Ask People Team ticket queue. Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira and Agile methodologies is helpful.
• Collaboration: Partner with People Solutions, People Technology, Governance, Legal, and TA leadership to deliver effective solutions. Work and win together as partners, removing barriers and empowering teams.
• Change Management: Partner with our TA Enablement and Training team to develop and execute change management initiatives to support new processes and technologies.
Not Every Day:
• Technology Implementation: Assist our Senior Program Managers in the implementation of new technologies, ensuring seamless integration and adoption. Once implementation is complete you’ll own and manage the new system and associated technology requests.
• Ad Hoc Project Management: Own and manage smaller ad hoc projects and programs that arise within the Talent Acquisition function that support our global teams.
• Optimization Lab Innovation: Act as a key member in the activation of our Optimization Lab outcomes, bringing their innovative ideas to life through the technology you support. Think big and challenge the status quo to shape the future of talent.
• Continuous Learning: Pursue relevant certifications and self-learning opportunities to stay current with industry trends and best practices. Especially in the areas of Data Privacy. Special interest in the future use of AI in TA Systems is an area we want to grow in.

Basic Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Area of study in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in program management with 1-2 years of TA Experience or 5-6 years in talent acquisition with a strong interest in moving into Program Management.
• Familiarity with Privacy and Employment Laws: GDPR, OFCCP, US Employment laws, Global Employment Contracts etc.
• Certifications: SHRM, PMP, SCRUM Master, Agile Leadership, or similar certifications are nice to have but if you don’t, interest in acquiring them is valuable.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, SmartRecruiters, Workday HCM, Workday Recruiter, Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Project, PPT, Excel, Word), ChatGPT, HiredScore, CodeSignal, GoodTime.
• Skills: Strong project management, problem-solving, change management and communication skills.
• Attributes: Naturally curious, self-motivated, and passionate about technology and innovation. Ability to manage ambiguity and take ownership of work.
Contract to Full time Conversion after 12 months
