Outlive Homes is the first real estate brokerage founded on a total commitment to sustainability. For every move Outlive Homes assists, we plant 100 trees and remove 10 pounds of pollution from US coastlines.
This isn't our first time building a successful brokerage in NYC. Our team has decades of experience with some of the best agencies in New York and a passion for rethinking how real estate gets done.
Role Description
New agents start with a fair 80/20 split, and after one year + $50k in commissions, automatically earn equity in the company. Additional equity can then be earned through referrals and milestones. When we succeed, you succeed!
Our agents will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with real estate sales, listing properties, property tours, document preparation, and negotiations. Outlive Homes will assist you with promoting properties, networking, and growing your client base.
Qualifications
- Real Estate License and experience in sales/rentals/commercial
- Experience in Real Property and knowledge of the local real estate market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently
- A high level of integrity and confidentiality in all transactions
- The drive to do better in our world
