Top Producing Broker seeks Real Estate Agent or Assistant
(Real estate license preferred but will consider non-licensed assistant w/ relevant experience. This position will be working from our office in Berkeley, not a remote or hybrid position)
High income potential comprised of:
- prepping broker’s listings
- representing broker’s buyers (if licensed)
- working w/ your own clients who you’re free to continue serving (if licensed)
Position intended for applicants:
- who wish to practice real estate full time (whether or not licensed)
- who live in or near Oakland / Alameda / Berkeley
- who are more gifted at practicing real estate than they are at attracting clients
What you'll do:
- Prepare Broker’s listings and assist with Broker’s buyers
- Client communication and support
- Listing preparation and management
- Transaction management / ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain budget for each property and assure client reimbursement
- Advertising, marketing and social media management
- Have fun!
What you'll need:
- College degree required
- Minimum experience is $5M in transactions or 3 years real estate team experience
- Mandarin / Cantonese speaking helpful (for communicating w/ vendors) but not essential
- Project management skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Deadline, organized and detail-oriented
- Professionalism in both appearance and communication
- Independently motivated, able to take initiative and act with minimal oversight
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MLS, Zipform, Docusign, Google Suite, Word, Excel, Adobe, Canva, etc.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
