LHH is recruiting for a private equity firm specializing in real estate investments and is looking for an Equity Asset Manager to join its team in Atlanta. The firm focuses on debt and equity investments in asset classes such as mixed-use, office, multifamily, retail, industrial, self-storage, hotel, & more. Responsibilities:
- Review and negotiate joint venture agreements, loan documents, leases, listing agreements, third-party reports, etc.
- Implement asset management strategies to maximize value and profitability.
- Create detailed cash flow and investment return projections utilizing Excel and Argus.
- Prepare quarterly reports and bespoke presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Create financial models and statements, draw requests, development and operating budgets, appraisals, BOVs, and property-and fund-level reporting
- Perform property visits to inspect the assets, perform due diligence, conduct market research, and meet with property managers, lenders, equity partners, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate or associated business degree
- 4+ years of experience of equity asset management in the Commercial Real Estate sector
- Proficiency in Excel advanced financial modeling and Argus expertise are preferred
- Experience working with platforms such as CoStar, RCA, Yardi, Entrata, and RealPage preferred
