Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Operations Management.
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience in sales, operations, or general management.
- Strong background in B2B sales leadership and P&L accountability.
- Experience leading multiple functions and cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to scale businesses and drive revenue growth.
- Experience in food manufacturing or distribution (preferred).
