As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll handle inbound calls, manage online inquiries, and schedule service appointments through our CRM. You'll also play a key role in coordinating with field technicians to ensure seamless operations. Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Respond to client inquiries from Yelp and Angi's platforms.
- Schedule and book service calls in our CRM system.
- Communicate scheduled jobs to field technicians.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing questions and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and booked appointments.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, office administration, or dispatching is preferred.
- Prior experience working in the office for plumbing, electrical and hvac companies
- Strong communication skills - professional, friendly, and patient.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and online booking platforms is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Monday - Friday: 3 PM - 6 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 7:30 AM - 6 PM
