Responsibilities- Respond to inquiries from potential buyers and sellers via email, and chat.
- Provide information on available properties, pricing, and the home-buying process.
- Schedule appointments for real estate agents.
- Manage and update the appointment calendar to ensure smooth scheduling.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
- Maintain an organized database of leads and client interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize online sales strategies.
- Monitor and update online property listings to ensure accuracy and appeal.
Requirements- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or real estate (preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach.
- Real estate license (a plus but not required).
