Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Real Estate Assistant based in Houston, TX. The Licensed Real Estate Assistant will be responsible for supporting real estate agents with social media, administrative tasks, managing client communications, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining organized records. Daily tasks include maintaining social media accounts, appointments, preparing documents, assisting with property listings, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Real Estate and Administrative Assistance
- Stong ability to maintain and manage social media posts and accounts
- Excellent Organizational Skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using real estate software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid real estate license is required
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus
