Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Real Estate Agent located in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Commercial Real Estate Agent will be responsible for handling commercial real estate transactions, managing property listings, networking with clients and potential buyers, conducting property tours, and negotiating lease or sale agreements. They will also work with the brokerage team to ensure successful deals and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience and expertise in Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate
- Valid Real Estate License
- Skills in Brokerage and Sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the San Francisco Bay Area real estate market is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is preferred
