About The Role
HireArt is helping Louise Phillips Forbes hire a NYS-licensed Luxury Real Estate Agent. In this role, the Real Estate Agent will be transacting in some of the most iconic and sought after buildings in Manhattan, working closely with clients on both the listing and buy sides of sale transactions. Qualified leads from the broker’s book of business will be assigned to the Real Estate Agent to manage, while they work towards building their own. The ideal candidate is familiar with and passionate about the luxury real estate market in addition to being sharp, motivated and hungry to learn.
Responsibilities and Duties
As a Real Estate Agent, You Will
- Manage qualified leads from the broker’s book of business while actively building your own.
- Demonstrate the ability to generate opportunities and successfully manage leads to closing.
- Network, build/maintain relationships and provide exceptional service to affluent clients interested in high-end properties.
- Serve as your clients’ go-to resource for New York’s luxury real estate market.
- Exude poise and a professional, polished image as an ambassador of the company.
- Be a self-starter who is energetic and motivated to learn and understand market trends
Requirements
- NYS real estate license
- At least 1 year of real estate or luxury sales experience
- Ability to convert direct leads from open houses
- Strong analytical skills to write and present market analyses
- Keen attention to deal details and follow through along with polished presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications And Skills
- 2+ years of luxury real estate experience in New York (Manhattan)
- Existing book of business
- Solid knowledge of NYC real estate market trends
- A track record of successfully facilitating negotiation processes and providing valuable market insights to clients
Commitment: This is a 1099 contract position through BHS. It will be onsite and available to candidates who are local to the New York area.
