Responsibilities (We will teach and train New Agents)

Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying and selling process.
Conduct property showings and open houses to attract potential buyers.
Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to secure the best terms.
Stay informed about local real estate laws and Fair Housing regulations.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings effectively.
Maintain organized records of transactions and client communications.
Utilize strong communication skills to foster relationships with clients and colleagues.

We are a small brokerage and will guide you and help you get your Real Estate License.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
