Responsibilities (We will teach and train New Agents)
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying and selling process.
- Conduct property showings and open houses to attract potential buyers.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to secure the best terms.
- Stay informed about local real estate laws and Fair Housing regulations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings effectively.
- Maintain organized records of transactions and client communications.
- Utilize strong communication skills to foster relationships with clients and colleagues.
We are a small brokerage and will guide you and help you get your Real Estate License.
