We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing administrative support and ensuring smooth operations within the office. Duties

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
Perform data entry tasks accurately into our computerized systems.
Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents, including label making and sorting documents within files.
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Support office operations by informing management of supply shortages.
Ensure the office environment is tidy and presentable at all times.

Experience

Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred.
Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy is essential.
Familiarity with office software and equipment, including QuickBooks, is advantageous.
Strong typing skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively are required.
