What you’ll do:
- Support the team with financial analysis, underwriting, and valuation of multifamily properties
- Research market data and trends to identify opportunities
- Assist in the preparation of pitch decks, offering memorandums, and marketing materials
- Participate in client meetings, property tours, and team strategy sessions
- Prospect new business and grow your professional network with direct outreach to property owners and investors

Requirements:
- A soon-to-be or recent college graduate (Bachelor’s degree by Summer 2025)
- Ability to commute to Rye Brook, NY office
- Track record of success: athletics, personal achievements, or leadership roles
- Excellent communication skills
- US work authorization
- Real Estate License (not required for initial interviews)
