We are seeking a dedicated and professional Showing Agent to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting our lead agents by showing properties to potential buyers, ensuring a seamless and high-quality client experience. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on face-to-face interactions, has a deep understanding of the local market, and enjoys helping clients find their dream homes.
Schedule and conduct property showings for prospective buyers.
Provide clients with in-depth property information, including features, pricing, and neighborhood details.
Ensure properties are in top condition for showings, coordinating with homeowners and listing agents as needed.
Gather feedback from potential buyers and communicate it effectively to the lead agent.
Assist with open houses and other marketing efforts to attract buyers.
Stay up to date on market trends, neighborhood developments, and inventory.
Ensure a professional and seamless experience for clients by answering questions and addressing concerns during showings.
Requirements
Active real estate license in Florida
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
Highly organized with great time management skills.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple properties.
Must be tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM software, scheduling tools, and digital marketing platforms.
Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed, by appoint only.
