Responsibilities
The
Corporate Real Estate Administration Service Account Manager will be responsible for managing a Client-dedicated team providing a full scope of Corporate Real Estate Lease Administration and Lease Accounting services including designing a solution to execute a Lease Administration and/or Lease Accounting projects, including system implementations, data migrations and ongoing best practices. Additional responsibilities include:
- Liaise with other Accenture stakeholders to provide a comprehensive suite of end-to-end services to clients.
- Create a project plan to transition and deliver the services.
- Serve as an account executive and a point of client escalation.
- Create client- ready deliverables, documentation and presentations related to the proposal and delivery of the services .
- Communicate with the Accenture Client Lead on account performance
- Assume primary responsibility for client satisfaction
- Assume responsibility for timeliness and accuracy of deliverables and clients reporting in accordance with the services contract
- Document and share best practices in Lease Administration and Lease Accounting area.
- Participate in efforts to document and strengthen internal controls, processes and improve data quality.
- Participate in RFP process and prospective client presentations.
- Grow new and existing accounts, including expansion of services, process improvements, technology enhancements.
- Assume responsibility for financial contract performance
Note: Travel requirement up to 20%. This role has a hybrid schedule with the requirement to be onsite 3-4 days per week.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Real Estate or Asset Management engagements
- Minimum of 2 yrs of experience in lease administration or lease accounting
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Marketing, or Real Estate
- Lease abstraction and/or administration experience
Professional Skills Requirements
- Extensive understanding of real estate, with a proven track record of Lease Administration projects that involved service transition, system implementation and onboarding
- Current knowledge of industry trends in corporate and/or commercial real estate and a natural desire to understand specific market characteristics
- Strong analytical skills: This skill is essential for evaluating and completing a wide range of real estate transactions
- Effective Communication Skills: To successfully perform the duties of an account manager, candidates must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- Interpersonal skills: This is required for establishing, building and maintaining relationships with relevant parties (management, property managers, landlords, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills: This is essential for account managers to effectively coordinate and manage multiple assignments, as well as prioritize tasks and efforts.
- Negotiation skills: Highly developed negotiation skills is required for negotiations with property owners, clients, and other stakeholders
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
